Fabrics, Trims, special orders, and anything cut to size can not be returned or exchanged. Packaged items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for full store credit {less shipping fees}. Any item that has been opened or used, cannot be exchanged, or returned. Example: measuring tape, you didn’t use, but took out of package, we’re sorry but we will not accept a return on this item. This also includes Sewing Machines, Ironing Boards, and other large purchases. We are here, and happy to help answer your questions prior to purehasing, to avoid any returns if possible.

Merchandise must be returned in the condition they were shipped, if item was shipped in a plastic bag inside a box, please return in same way. Any item returned damaged or unsellable will not be refunded. Claims and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipping Date.
